How HomeValo.com Began
HomeValo was founded by three friends — Matt, Fred, and Justin — who shared a frustration that anyone who's ever shopped for home décor knows too well: beautiful pieces almost always come with intimidating price tags, and affordable pieces often feel like a compromise.
We knew it didn't have to be that way.
So in 2025, we set out to build a different kind of home goods store — one where thoughtful design, real quality, and honest pricing could live under the same roof. We spent countless hours sourcing rugs, lighting, wall art, and décor pieces that we'd actually want in our own homes, then priced them so our customers could fill their spaces without filling out a financing application.
Today, HomeValo is the result of that mission. Every product on our site has been chosen with care, and every detail of the shopping experience has been designed with one question in mind:
